Most recently the General Manager at The Square Yard in Summit, New Jersey, David provided home improvement advise to his clients and built relationships with interior designers and contractors – all to enhance his customers’ satisfaction. He is not a typical sales professional. Rather, he is a forward thinking marketing executive, sales accelerator and a customer satisfaction specialist who just happens to be a Homes Consultant for ERA Van Syckel in Bridgewater, NJ. For David, the marketing and the overall customer experience are intertwined drivers of sales, profit and growth.

With a twenty-five-year background driving marketing, sales, bottom line profit and client satisfaction, David Trotz has held executive positions, including Director of Corporate Development, VP of Marketing and Sales, and Director of Business Development at major public and private corporations. He has personally owned and managed three retail outlets and a marketing consulting service.
In addition he was a Union carpenter for 6 years and General Contractor on his own homes, so he knows home construction. And as a Mergers and Acquisitions executive for public companies, he knows how to negotiate and make the deal that’s best for his clients.
David Trotz has an Electrical Engineering degree from Illinois Institute of Technology, with a minor in Business Management. He and his wife reside in Martinsville, New Jersey.
