With a background as a Professional Customer Service Representative in a variety of university, financial and pharmaceutical services, I bring with me a wealth of diversified experiences. In addition to my corporate experiences, I have also served in a non-profit organization providing economic empowerment to inner-city residents by providing career assessments, job training and job placement.
